Service-voley: perform a good service and immediately climb to the net to finish the point

Slice: ball cut to the middle / bottom of the court, with effect and a very short rebound in the ground, reducing the speed of the move or trying to remove the opponent from the center of the court.

Drive: perform the blow without letting the ball come into contact with the ground.

Smash - a ball that is higher than the head, we point to the ball with the hand that does not hold the racket, and hit the racket on the ball with a trajectory from top to bottom!

Helpful hints:

- Wear suitable footwear on the floor where we are playing.
- We must do a good warm up, either to avoid injury or to get into the game with the body prepared for the effort
- Play tennis with a racquet that suits our style of play (leisure, competition)
- Put the appropriate tension in the racket (weight of the ropes in the racket)
- To have for each game, 2 identical or very similar rackets, in case of substitution, the adaptation be effective
- The clothing must be lightweight to facilitate movement in the court.
- Be honest with the partner we play (fair-play)
- To look for in tennis a fun and field to evolve
- Observe many tennis games, practice a lot (if possible, with more experienced and better technically players, who "compel" to evolve and play better) and enjoy playing.
- Focus on the ball for when the contact with the racket gives the desired effect
- have a balanced style of play, know how to read when to attack and defend
- regularly train all strokes including the service that is very important
- good physical preparation and reflexes
- perceive the weaknesses of the opponent and exploit them
- vary the game a lot: with fast balls, sometimes slower like slices or amortis and a few climbs to the net
- motivation at all points
- have a racket with which we feel good with adequate strings and tension
- look for a body position that allows us to play comfortably and with multiple options to perform the blows
